Só estou dando as estrelas pois os funcionários, presenciais, me atenderam com cortesia.
Disponibizar todos os serviços que não conseguem fazer remotamente e ampliar o horário de atendimento, já melhoraria muito.
It is a Public Agency that needs to improve service to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei atendimento pela internet, para o dia 12/11/2020, porém quando fiz o pagamento do laudo, fui informado que o exame médico não poderia ser realizado no mesmo dia. Foi informado que o médico só atende terças e quartas. Moro no interior. E agora terei de gastar novamente pra realizar o exame
Sendo que o agendamento é para atendimento integral. Os atendentes foram muito educados, porém o agendamento oi uma enganação, pois , não existia a informação de realizar exame médico em data diferente.
