★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um projeto de um produto médico e, infelizmente, descumpriram o prazo estipulado em mais de duas semanas. Hoje mesmo fui retirar a peça e questionei alguns detalhes do acabamento que não ficaram muito bons. Mesmo assim, as opções que me ofereceram tomariam ainda mais tempo.
O pior foi questionar que o acabamento estava ruim, que havia pago 500 reais pela peça e ouvir do dono (André): "Deixe a peça que devolvo seu dinheiro. Tivemos que imprimir várias vezes até chegar ao modelo final". Ou seja, não importa se me foi entregue algo de acabamento ruim ou não, vale apenas o trabalho dele. Este comentário foi feito em frente aos funcionários. Certamente este rapaz não entende nada de experiência do cliente e muito menos de business.
I requested a project for a medical product and, unfortunately, they missed the stipulated deadline of more than two weeks. Today I went to remove the piece and questioned some details of the finish that were not very good. Even so, the options they offered me would take even more time.
The worst was to question that the finish was bad, that he had paid 500 reais for the piece and to hear from the owner (André): "Leave the piece to return your money. We had to print it several times until we reached the final model". That is, it doesn't matter if I was given something with a bad finish or not, it's only worth his work. This comment was made in front of the employees. Certainly, this guy does not understand anything about customer experience, let alone business.
