★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei uma negociação intermediada pela empresa em questão mas foi uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo a ninguém. Não foram poucas as vezes que tive que me deslocar pra sede da empresa para buscar documentos que não estavam lá ou fui orientado a buscar meus documentos em determinado local e, chegando neste local, meus documentos não estavam.
Opinião sincera mesmo. Se alguém estiver buscando comprar um imóvel, não recomendo a 3F...eu que tive que ler inúmeras vezes os documentos redigidos pra encontrar os erros nos documentos do Negócio, eu que tinha que estar sempre com a iniciativa de saber como estava o andamento do processo, muitas vezes desempenhei o trabalho que deveria ser da empresa... Foram umas 3 ou 4 vezes que EU MESMO tive que fazer "checklist" dos documentos pois a empresa não tava organizada o suficiente e, INCRIVELMENTE, mesmo com os checklists feitos por mim, eles ainda ficavam em débito desse ou daquele documento... eu que sempre ficava "e aí, falou com fulano? Buscou tal documento?" Sendo que tais fatos já tinham ocorrido dois, três dias antes e, se eu não fico em cima, o processo ficaria mais parado ainda.
Se alguém quiser comprar um imóvel com tranquilidade, sem dor de cabeça, pode passar direto... Seu lugar não é com a 3F.

Really sincere opinion. If someone is looking to buy a property, I do not recommend 3F ... I had to read the written documents countless times to find the errors in the Business documents, I always had to be on the initiative to know how the progress was going. process, I often performed the job that should be for the company ... It was about 3 or 4 times that I REALLY had to do a "checklist" of the documents because the company was not organized enough and, INCREDIBLY, even with the checklists done by me, they were still indebted to this or that document ... me who always was "so, did you speak to so-and-so? Did you seek such a document?" Since these facts had already happened two, three days before and, if I do not stay on top, the process would be even more stopped.
If someone wants to buy a property with peace of mind, without a headache, they can go straight ... Your place is not with 3F.
