★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve um canto da cpfl não paga em março de 2020. Em agosto foi paga antes de ser protestado. Hoje 01/02/21 consta protesto. Liguei para o cartório e informei que eu havia para a conta. A pessoa me informou que havia a cobrança do cartório. Ou seja. Quase uma ano depois, ele te protestam para receber a taxa deles. Pq não entram em contato? Por que tem que ferrar com o nome das pessoas mesmo sabendo que foi pago? Por que não enviam um comunicado? Vou processar esse cartório.
There was a corner of the unpaid cpfl in March 2020. In August it was paid before it was protested. Today 01/02/21 there is protest. I called the registry office and informed them that I had the account. The person informed me that there was a charge for the registry. That is. Almost a year later, they protest you to get their fee. Why don't you contact me? Why do you have to screw with people's names even though you know you've been paid? Why don't you send a statement? I will sue this notary.

Percebi mais tarde que o troco estava errado, porém o cartório já havia fechado. No dia seguinte dirigi-me ao caixa da Sra. Rose , que gentilmente conferiu seu caixa e me devolveu R$50,00 cobrados errôneamente. Experiências como esta ainda nos levam a acreditar que felizmente ainda que existem pessoas honestas! Obrigada, Sra. Rose por ser uma delas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei uma conta da CPFL na parte da manha (8:00h) e na parte da tarde 16:20h) recebi notificação do 3º Tabelião de Protesto de Campinas cobrando a mesma conta, com acréscimo de 40% de custas de Cartório. Um absurdo, para não dizer outro adjetivo! E mesmo tendo pago ANTES de ser notificado, com prazo até dia 22/02 para pagar o que já estava pago, O Cartório não quer nem saber e respondeu que serei protestado mesmo assim, se não pagar as custas. Sr. Presidente Bolsonaro, por favor, cuida de nós e nos livre desses absurdos..... Até quando vamos conviver com estas cobranças estapafúrdias, que só visam lucros? O negocio prospera, mesmo na crise.... Já são 3 cartórios em campinas, e no mesmo endereço.... Difíicil, não é?
I paid a CPFL bill in the morning (8:00h) and in the afternoon (16:20h) I received a notification from the 3rd Protest Notary of Campinas charging the same bill, with an addition of 40% of notary fees. An absurdity, to say nothing of another adjective! And even having paid BEFORE being notified, with a deadline until 02/22 to pay what was already paid, the Notary doesn't even want to know and replied that I will be protested anyway, if I don't pay the costs. Mr. President Bolsonaro, please take care of us and free us from these absurdities..... How long are we going to live with these absurd charges, which only aim at profits? The business prospers, even in the crisis.... There are already 3 registry offices in campinas, and at the same address.... Difficult, isn't it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atimento por telefone não foi muito claro. Eu pensei que eu tinha uma dívida ainda, mas ela já havia sido quitada, restando somente as custas.
A atendente somente me informou que eu deveria resolver com a empresa em que eu tinha débito, mesmo após ela consultar meu cpf.
Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de educação na hora do atendimento, pois a atendente nem esperou eu terminar as frases que eu falava e já me cortava, sem ao menos me escutar.
The phone call was not very clear. I thought I still had a debt, but it had already been paid off, leaving only the costs.
The attendant only informed me that I should resolve it with the company I had a debt with, even after she consulted my CPF.
Another negative point was the lack of politeness at the time of service, because the attendant didn't even wait for me to finish the sentences I was saying and already cut me off, without even listening to me.
