★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada!! Pela terceira vez recorrente reclamando do mesmo motivo...Os técnicos colocaram o cabo super baixo, toda hora passa um caminhão e arrebenta. O atendimento acaba em horário comercial mas previsão de atendimento não existe. Simplesmente horrível o atendimento!! Falei com a gerente Viviane, a princípio muito solícita em resolver o meu problema, mas a pessoa que me atendeu no wpp foi completamente desatenciosa e indisposta a me ajudar.
 Disappointed!! For the third time, applicant complaining about the same reason...The technicians placed the super low cable, every time a truck passes by and it breaks down. The service ends during business hours but the service forecast does not exist. Simply horrible service!! I spoke with the manager Viviane, at first very helpful in solving my problem, but the person who assisted me in the wpp was completely inconsiderate and unwilling to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que EMPRESA LIXO! NÃO adquiram o servico desse lugar, pois ele só funciona em horario comercial, nao tem atendimento 24hrs e se a internet cair, a gentr não tem a quem recorrer. E os problemas de falta de internet acotnecem SEMPRE A NOITE, e aí a surpresa: quem usa a internet pra ver tv fica sem nada! NAO RECOMENDO
WHAT A TRASH COMPANY! DO NOT buy the service from this place, because it only works during business hours, there is no 24-hour service and if the internet goes down, the gentr has no one to turn to. And the problems of lack of internet ALWAYS happen AT NIGHT, and then the surprise: those who use the internet to watch TV are left with nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
