O problema é suporte técnico que demora muito. Não te atende com prioridade.

(Poderia ter a opção de estrelas negativas, infelizmente vou ter que dar 1).
Internet only lives bad and there is no service. The service is until you hire, then forget ... -1 customer. Don't hire and if you hire don't say that I didn't warn you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infelizmente não posso recomendar para ninguém, não passa uma semana que não tenha que ligar para reclamar. contratei vinte megas que é o ideal para minhas necessidades, mais cai constantemente e pior sempre jogam a culpa no crente, dizendo ser outras pessoas que estão acessando nossa Net. passo mensagens e as atendentes nunca vêem ou não querem ver.
unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone, not a week goes by that I don't have to call to complain. I hired twenty megs which is ideal for my needs, more falls constantly and worse they always blame the believer, saying that other people are accessing our Net. I pass messages and the attendants never see or do not want to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peça experiência! Internet quase sempre indisponível aqui na estrada do Guerengue. Assistência que não resolve nada.. sem contar que pago 20 megas e só recebo 5 megas. As vezes está tão baixa que tenho que escolher usar o celular ou o computador. Estava fazendo prova online hoje de manhã, a internet caiu antes de eu terminar e até agora nada e o pior ...tento ligar e simplesmente desligam. Assim não dá!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte e atendimento ruim, Estou com problema na minha conexão a mais de um mês aonde o problema é que não entregam a quantidade contratada e o upload não passa de 200kbs isso mesmo, não chega nem a 1Mega é bem absurdo.
