★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de um veículo Reunalt Sandero junto a agência 4W Veículos, localizada na Avenida Pedro I, em março de 2019 e dentro do prazo de garantia foram 9 manutenções pelo mesmo defeito apresentado no veículo, entre idas e vindas da oficina indicada pela agência, o problema não foi solucionado e a agência não pessoa no prejuízo financeiro que me causou, pois o veículo foi comprado para ser meu instrumento de trabalho, tive perdas financeiras e fora todo o transtorno, o caso está na justiça. Não recomendo.
 I purchased a Reunalt Sandero vehicle from the 4W Veículos agency, located at Avenida Pedro I, in March 2019 and within the warranty period there were 9 maintenance due to the same defect presented in the vehicle, between the comings and goings of the workshop indicated by the agency, the problem was not solved and the agency was not a person in the financial loss it caused me, since the vehicle was purchased to be my work tool, I had financial losses and all the inconvenience, the case is in court. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor queria me vender um carro com uma autuação de notificação de infração de trânsito. Ao queztiona-lo de que a loja deveria resplver a situação antes de vender o veiculo, o vendedor me tratou com rispidez. Então fui comprar um veículo em outra agência.
The seller wanted to sell me a car with a traffic violation notice. When I complained that the store should deal with the situation before selling the vehicle, the seller treated me harshly. So I went to buy a vehicle at another agency.

garantia, contudo a empresa se nega a cumprir o que esta prescrito no código do consumidor. Após a compra o tratamento e péssimo. No momento não recomendo essa a agência a ninguem
Acquire a vehicle in this company, on 12/16/20 the vehicle presented hidden addiction and others. It was claimed by the establishment within the period of
guarantee, however the company refuses to comply with what is prescribed in the consumer code. After the purchase the treatment is terrible. At the moment I do not recommend this agency to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nem palavras para descrever a atitude de um homem que é o dono ou trabalha nesta loja maravilhosa. Eu e meu esposo estávamos passando a 200mt da loja e o pneu do nosso carro estava furado e paramos enfrente essa 4W
No passeio. Estávamos sem macaco e sem chave ... Um carro que aguardava uma pessoa estava no passeio tmb e o condutor nos emprestou o macaco e o cara que estava indo embora e fechando a loja nos emprestou uma chave para que pudéssemos trocar o pneu furado. Que Jesus abençoe ele grandemente pelo gesto de humildade.
I have no words to describe the attitude of a man who owns or works in this wonderful store. My husband and I were passing 200mt from the store and our car tire was flat and we stopped in front of this 4W
On the sidewalk. We were without a jack and without a key... A car waiting for a person was on the sidewalk and the driver lent us the jack and the guy who was leaving and closing the store lent us a key so we could change the flat tire. May Jesus greatly bless him for the act of humility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Adquiri um veículo em Nov/19. O carro estava cheio de problemas (defeitos ocultos) e a loja não ressarciu os valores que já gastei (e continuo gastando) com o carro. Eles não retornam as ligações e nem emails. Entrei na justiça e ganhei a ação, mas a loja recorreu. Continuamos brigando, mas como tudo neste país foi invertido o ônus da prova. Enfim, fiquei no prejuizo. Não comprem nesta loja pelo amor de Deus! Vão passar muita raiva.
Terrible. I purchased a vehicle in Nov/19. The car was full of problems (hidden defects) and the store did not reimburse the amounts I already spent (and continue to spend) on the car. They do not return calls or emails. I went to court and won the lawsuit, but the store appealed. We keep fighting, but like everything else in this country, the burden of proof has been reversed. Anyway, I was at loss. Don't shop at this store for God's sake! They will be very angry.
