★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor Guilherme super atencioso, porém o administrativo ( Adriana ) péssimo atendimento , sem contar que já se faz 4 meses que comprei o carro e até o hoje o carro não foi transferido para meu nome , e na semana passada me informaram pra eu ir no Detran fazer a transferência , onde que o combinado foi a Pampulha car fazer a transferência, fiquei horas esperando pra fazer a transferência sem contar que o despachante não apareceu , então eu tive que ficar na fila por horas e sair de lá sem resolver pois a documentação estava com o despachante.
The seller Guilherme was super attentive, but the administrative (Adriana) was very poorly serviced, not to mention that it has been 4 months since I bought the car and until today the car has not been transferred to my name, and last week I was informed to go to the Detran make the transfer, where the arrangement was for Pampulha car to make the transfer, I waited hours to make the transfer without mentioning that the dispatcher did not show up, so I had to stand in line for hours and leave without resolving because the documentation was with the dispatcher.
