★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Criei uma expectativa maior, não gostei do atendimento, achei absurdo cobrar 1 tipo de cerveja de forma antecipado e em dinheiro, mesmo após ja ter consumo em aberto.Não entendi esta postura dos donos.
Baixa qualidade no atendimento e sem petiscos.
Não recomendamos.
I created a higher expectation, I didn't like the service, I found it absurd to charge 1 type of beer in advance and in cash, even after already having open consumption. I didn't understand this attitude of the owners.
Low quality service and no snacks.
We do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cerveja é ótima e costumava ir com certa frequência, mas depois que passaram a cobrar R$5 para passar o cartão para cada cerveja comprada, nunca mais voltei. Possuem um atendimento bem questionável e uma logística horrível. Se continuarem ignorando e faltando zelo com os clientes, logo terão dificuldades. Desejo melhoras!
The beer is great and I used to go with a certain frequency, but after they started charging $ 5 to pass the card for each beer bought, I never came back. Cerveja artesanal de qualidade + Rock do bom contemplam um pequeno oásis para os cervejeiros. ???
Although not having ample and comfortable space the on-site tasted beers offer heady and unforgettable experiences for the senses. I would like to highlight that the place offers an excellent ambient soundtrack with a good rock in the vein. Quality craft beer + Good Rock have a small oasis for brewers. ???

Eu: uma menos armarga ?
Atendente: NENHUMA
Pense na falta de gentileza e falta de vontade de direcionar o cliente para o produto que ele procura. Foi mal em, mas realmente gosto mais de vinho que cerveja.
Na semana seguinte:
Um amigo meu informou aos donos sobre o atendimento, recebi um pedido de desculpas prometendo melhorar o serviço. Recebi também na minha casa algumas garrafas de cerveja na linha de sabor que eu estava procurando.
Recuperou uns pontos, gostei da consideração e realmente o produto é de ótima qualidade.
Service was terrible.

Attendant: ALL
Me: a less armarga?
Attendant: NONE
Think of the lack of kindness and unwillingness to direct the customer to the product they are looking for. It was bad at, but I really like wine more than beer.
Next week:
A friend of mine informed the owners about the service, I received an apology promising to improve the service. I also received at my house a few bottles of beer on the flavor line I was looking for.
He recovered some points, I liked the consideration and really the product is of excellent quality.

Here I literally feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, music of great quality with presentations featuring good names from the music scene in Fortaleza and beer is not even talked about. Great beer options for lovers and connoisseurs. It's worth the experience!

Atendimento tradicional no balcão, espaço climatizado e com a opção de ficar ao lado dos grandes tonéis onde são fabricadas artesanalmente as cervejas que tomamos ali mesmo!
São vários sabores destintos de cervejas dos mais variados IBUs count, níveis de álcool e etc.. a grande maioria são da própria 5Elementos. Vale a pena!
Excellent service, good music and decor at the height of a good brewery!
Traditional service at the counter, air-conditioned space and with the option of standing next to the large vats where the beers we drink are made right there!
There are several different flavors of beers from the most varied IBUs count, alcohol levels and etc ... the vast majority are from 5Elementos itself. Worth it!
