★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalei o gás justo no dia que a empresa entrou em recesso. Nunca tive experiência com gás achei que estava adquirindo um atendimento de qualidade mas a empresa deixou a desejar... Como a visão é só lucro instalei o gás e tive problema com 4 dias de uso. Troquei varias peças porem o problema continuou. Vou ficar sem carro do dia 22/12/19 ate 06/01/20 sem poder trabalhar com App e viajar com minha família.
 I installed the gas just the day the company went into recess. Never had experience with gas I thought I was getting a quality service but the company left something to be desired ... As the vision is only profit I installed the gas and had problem with 4 days of use. I changed several pieces but the problem continued. I will be without car from 12/22/19 until 06/01/20 without being able to work with App and travel with my family.

as possiveis panes foi bem clara objetiva , quando preciso retornar ou fazer revisao, agendo pelo whats zap ,nada a reclamar so relógios, sao otimos profissionais.
I really liked, the explanation of the operation of the CNG kit,
the possible breakdowns was very clear objective, when I need to return or do a review, acting on whats zap, nothing to complain about are watches, they are great professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fazem uma tremenda propaganda do produto mas tem uma administração totalmente desorganizada. O financeiro centralizado em uma única pessoa que não tem disponibilidade imediata de atendimento. Detalhe: não aceita débito como pagamento (pra não pagar taxa, provavelmente não sabe negociar) pedem pra fazer depósito mas o comprovante não é documento. Detalhe: ficaram com o veículo por dois dias e devolveram IMUNDO. Encontrei o 4 vidros abertos acumulando poeira no carro, tapetes cheios de terra e carpete jogado sobre o banco. Eu jamais vou indicar um comércio que não tem cuidado com o bem alheio. Qualquer propaganda de qualidade é absorvida pelo descaso. E nessa loja com certeza não voltarei e NÃO INDICO para quem não quer dor de cabeça e precisa do serviço rápido.
Terrible experience. They make a tremendous propaganda of the product but it has a totally disorganized administration. The financial centralized in a single person who does not have immediate availability of care. Detail: does not accept debit as payment (not to pay fee, probably does not know how to negotiate) ask to make deposit but the voucher is not document. Detail: they stayed with the vehicle for two days and returned IMUNDO. I found the 4 windows open collecting dust in the car, rugs filled with dirt and carpet thrown over the bench. I will never indicate a trade that is not careful about the good of others. Any quality advertising is absorbed by disregard. And in this store I'm sure I will not go back and I DO NOT INDICATE for those who do not want a headache and need fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda péssimo, toda vez que vou lá eles te tratam numa má vontade, isso quando te atendem, pois hj ás 16 horas estive lá e eles não quiseram me atender, disseram que hj o expediente foi até o meio dia, e que só estariam lá nesse horário ainda para pagar hora. Não recomendo!!!! Minha vontade é mandar eles tirarem o gás e devolver o meu dinheiro, só me deu dor de cabeça e gastos depois da instalação.
Lousy after-sales, every time I go there they treat you with a bad will, that when they answer you, because today at 4 pm I was there and they didn’t want to answer me, they said that the office hours were until noon, and that they would only be there at that time yet to pay time. I do not recommend!!!! My desire is to tell them to take the gas and return my money, it only gave me a headache and expenses after the installation.
