★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo vendedor Jhony. Voltarei sempre! Porém hj na entrega do material, me decepcionei devido ter ficado azuleijo para trás, os entregadores não tiraram do caminhão pq disseram q o material estava por baixo e q voltariam mais tarde, porém paguei caro para colocar o material todo na minha laje, agora não tenho mais ninguém pra colocar e não vou ficar a disposição deles, paguei tudo a vista, tô decepcionada. Espero q tomem providências.

Cancelei minha compra demais de 2 mil reais e ainda tive o prejuízo da viagem de Guarapari. até jardim América. Não indico nem pra um inimigo, que aliás nem tenho !

Comprei uma quantidade de porcelanato o vendedor conferiu a quantidade em estoque disse que tinha a mais, finalizei a compra e no terceiro dia útil no último momento o vendedor me liga pra falar que não tinha a quantidade que eu precisava e me induzindo a levar outro modelo. Enfim não tive uma boa experiência me devolveram o dinheiro e gerou uma frustração pelo modelo escolhido tempo para ir para outra loja para fazer a compra do material que eu preciso. Não indico essa loja. Nunca mais colocarei o pé lá apesar da mesma não precisar de mim o recurso que eu tenho e reclamar por aqui. Estarei fazendo outra reclamação no reclame aqui.
