Estão ocorrendo assaltos todos os dias , inclusive no mesmo horário a 50 metros da delegacia e nada foi feito, pelo contrário...Quem passar pelo viaduto Rev. João Musch cuidado, marginais estão fazendo ponto de assalto ali... Estão sempre a bordo de um Siena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como em toda delegacia de Polícia, é um trabalho que acho ser cansativo para os servidores entretanto, penso que, a população merece um atendimento personalizado.
Sei que não é nenhum consultorio de psicologia.
Porém, um atenchimento personalizado cabe bem, pois cada cidadão que procura estes balcões de delegacia; ou vai prestar uma queixa crime, denunciar algo, ou algum meliante, ou registrar uma ocorrência de furto, assalto, ou perda de um bem intransferível.
Daí vem a necessidade do atendimento personalizado.
Normalmente quando se perde algo, se sofre um assalto ou roubo, o cidadão está em estado de choque ou super estressado. Aí vem um servidor irresponsável, diga-se, não são todos.
Trata o cidadão como criminoso ou com agressividade e grosseiras, parece-me que internando a desistência do mesmo fazer a devida reclamação.
Isto tem que acabar.
O cidadã O deve ser ouvido individualmente sem descaso, e com a atenção devida de quem paga o salário destes servidores.
As in every police station, it is a job that I find to be tiring for the servers, however, I think that the population deserves personalized service.
I know it's not a psychology practice.
However, a personalized service fits well, as every citizen who seeks these police stations; or you will file a criminal complaint, report something, or some offender, or record an occurrence of theft, assault, or loss of a non-transferable asset.
Hence the need for personalized service.
Usually when something is lost, assaulted or stolen, the citizen is in a state of shock or super stressed. Here comes an irresponsible server, it must be said, they are not all.
It treats the citizen as a criminal or with aggression and rudeness, it seems to me that interning the withdrawal of the same to make the due complaint.
This has to end.
Citizen O must be heard individually without neglect, and with due attention from those who pay the wages of these servants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fui fazer um BO e a delegacia estava fechada, não me deram nem orientação. Disseram que estava fechada por causa da pandemia no dia 03/07/2020 onde o centro de Nova Iguaçu inteiro estava aberto. Eu achava que delegacia era serviço essencial. Belo descaso
Terrible! I went to do a BO and the police station was closed, they didn't even give me guidance. They said it was closed because of the pandemic on 7/3/2020 where the entire Nova Iguaçu center was open. I thought that the police station was an essential service. Beautiful neglect
