Detalhe: o email teve confirmação de leitura diversas vezes pelo mailtrack, ou seja, viram e mesmo assim não deram nenhum retorno, fui obrigado a fechar com outra gráfica.
Bad experience, I asked for a quote by email 3 times (which is the only channel, since the phone on the website does not work !!!) and in none of the contacts I got feedback. Detail: the email had read confirmation several times by the mailtrack, that is, they saw it and still did not give any feedback, I was forced to close it with another printing company.
