Eles danificaram meu vestido de seda e depois de várias tentativas sugeriram que eu procurasse o procon.
Eles claramente cortaram o vestido para recuperar as partes danificadas e o vestido acabou ficando curto demais.
O que mais me aborreceu, foi que eu estava pacientemente aguardando e aceitando as várias sugestões de recuperação do vestido, pois trata-se de um vestido caro e eu não queria que a empresa tivesse que arcar com este prejuízo (até substituir as alças por tecido de outra cor - que eu poderia aceitar ou recusar depois de pronto), mas avisei que o vestido não poderia mais ser cortado. Quando fui buscar o vestido estava todo recuperado, porém com o mesmo tecido do vestido, e quando aleguei que o vestido ficou curto disseram que como eu não o vesti quando o deixei da primeira vez, eu não podia alegar que estava mais curto. Resumindo de uma hora p outra eles conseguiram o tecido igual ao do vestido(estampado) mas alegaram não o tê-lo cortado. Fiquei muita chateada com a empresa. Não consegui falar com a gerente em nenhuma momento. Não me passavam seu telefone e ela nunca me ligou, mesmo após meus vários pedidos a atendente Brena.
I had a bad experience with the Ibirapuera shopping store and I don't intend to go back there.
They damaged my silk dress and after several attempts they suggested that I look for the procon.
They clearly cut the dress to recover the damaged parts and the dress ended up getting too short.
What bothered me the most was that I was patiently waiting for and accepting the various dress recovery suggestions, as it is an expensive dress and I did not want the company to have to bear this loss (until I replaced the straps with fabric in another color - which I could accept or refuse when ready), but I warned that the dress could no longer be cut. When I went to get the dress it was all recovered, but with the same fabric as the dress, and when I claimed that the dress was short they said that since I didn't wear it when I left it the first time, I couldn't claim it was shorter. Summarizing from one hour to the next they got the fabric the same as the dress (printed) but claimed not to have cut it. I was very upset with the company. I was unable to speak to the manager at any time. I was not given her phone number and she never called me, even after my several requests to attendant Brena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente bom serviço, mas é comum chegar e a loja estar fechada com um aviso "volto logo". Também já tive que retirar roupa depois do prazo dias vezes, e só uso o serviço poucas vezes no ano.
Usually good service, but it's common to arrive and the store is closed with a "I'll be back soon" notice. I've also had to remove clothes after the deadline days, and I only use the service a few times a year.
