★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande insatisfação com essa empresa,solicitei pelo "whatsapp" uma compra online e solicitei um aparelho da marca "Apple" com uma entrada de um valor muito alto e mais parcelas pelo carnê,que não sei se e confiável até o momento,o valor foi a vista via "pix" e me deram um prazo de 1 até 5 dias úteis para eu receber o aparelho,em um impasse meu produto foi "taxado"segundo o vendedor dizendo que a responsabilidade e do cliente para pagar essa tal TAXA nós correios caso ao contrário eu não receberia o aparelho,então ofereci várias formas de resolução,mas a empresa não se pronunciou e decidiu manter a fala "que a responsabilidade e do cliente pagar a taxaçao então solicitei o estorno e me deram o prazo de 30 a 60 dias ou seja fiquei muito no prejuízo.
