★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Mandei um vestido lavar, ele não estava pronto na data prevista. Quando voltei, ele estava exatamente como eu o entreguei! Super sujo, como se não estivesse sido lavado, queriam me cobrar pelo serviço alegando que não tinha nada a mais para ser feito. Pedi para lavar pela terceira vez, eles não me deram retorno, e no final das contas lavaram e saiu a maioria da sujeira, depois de muito insistir, mas ainda ficou manchado.
Bad experience! I sent a dress to wash, it was not ready on schedule. When I returned, it was exactly as I delivered it! Super dirty, as if it had not been washed, they wanted to charge me for the service on the grounds that there was nothing more to do. I asked to wash for the third time, they gave me no return, and in the end they washed and left most of the dirt, after much insisting, but it was still stained.
