Always impeccable in service and care. I really like it for its speed, my clothes always come back perfect and my comforter comes back white. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, levei um vestido de malha branco com acabamento em passamanaria de pluminhas curtas e com manchinhas amareladas, para lavagem a seco. Recebi o vestido pior do que deixei. As pluminhas foram molhadas e ficou como um cachorro molhado. As manchinhas não saíram nem uma. A justificativa foi que ele tentou por isso teria que cobrar pois qdo um médico não consegue resolver a doença ele cobra do mesmo jeito. O discurso já estava pronto e ainda foi super mal educado, falando que se eu não tinha memória o problema era meu, se referindo sobre que ele tentaria, mas não conseguiu. Ainda argumentei que ele deveria ter feito o teste num pontinho apenas e me avisado. Paguei e fiquei com o vestido inutilizado. Minha nota é ZERO para o atendimento. Perderam mais alguns clientes, minha família e alguns amigos.
Terrible service, I took a white knitted dress with short feather trimmings and yellowish stains for dry cleaning. I received the dress worse than I left it. The feathers were wet and it was like a wet dog. The spots didn't even come out. The justification was that he tried so he would have to charge because when a doctor cannot solve the disease he charges the same way. The speech was already ready and he was still super rude, saying that if I didn't have a memory it was my problem, referring to what he would try, but he couldn't. I still argued that he should have taken the test in just one spot and let me know. I paid and the dress was unused. My grade is ZERO for attendance. They lost a few more clients, my family and some friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we were very happy to find a laundry that did wash and fold by the kilo we were unhappy with the service. We dropped our 8 kilos off and were told we could have it quite quickly. We did choose 6 pm because they closed at 6:30 to give them enough time - our day was fairly flexible. We paid R$80 and arrived at the planned time to find that our laundry was just coming out of the dryer. The woman shoved the clean laundry back into the bags, she could tell I was upset at that, I said I thought they would be folded by pick-up time. "Well no one else is here, do you want me to fold it now?" We had to go, but now I have my laundry shoved unfolded into bags. She offered no money back, not even an apology.
Dissappointing. Last time to Quick Lavanderia.
