★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um vestido para lavar na 5àsec, no início de novembro, danificaram o vestido informando que a “cor migrou”.
Ninguém me telefonou para avisar absolutamente nada, só soube quando fui buscá-lo. A questão, é que iria usá-lo em um evento naquele dia e não o pude, evidentemente.
A atendente, de nome Lady, informou que o problema seria resolvido após o conserto de determinada máquina de lavar e solicitou que eu voltasse em 07 dias.
Ao retornar, fui informada que o vestido não teria recuperação e que eles me indenizariam na importância de R$500,00. Na ocasião, solicitaram que eu fosse receber o dinheiro no dia 14/12, visto que, não tinham caixa naquele momento para me ressarcir.
Voltei à unidade no dia combinado e não consegui receber a importância avençada, sob a alegação de que até aquela data não havia dinheiro em caixa.
Ficaram de me procurar para efetuar o pagamento e até hoje nada.
Total falta de profissionalismo e descaso com o consumidor!
I took a dress to wash at 5àsec, in the beginning of November, they damaged the dress informing that the “color has migrated”.
Nobody called to tell me absolutely nothing, I only knew when I went to get it. The point is, I was going to use it at an event that day and I couldn't, of course.
The attendant, called Lady, informed that the problem would be solved after the repair of a certain washing machine and requested that I return in 07 days.
Upon returning, I was informed that the dress would not be recovered and that they would indemnify me in the amount of R $ 500.00. At the time, they asked me to receive the money on 12/14, since they had no cash at that time to reimburse me.
I went back to the unit on the agreed day and was unable to receive the amount agreed, on the grounds that until that date there was no cash.
They were looking for me to make the payment and until today nothing.
Total lack of professionalism and neglect with the consumer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ruim com a 5asec que fica no posto de combustivel da Dna Alexandrina em São Carlos. Deixei um terno para lavar e voltei no dia e hora combinado, porem só o paletó estava passado, porém não sabiam onde estava a calça, começaram a procurar, e a moça que passa muito mal educada, diz que não era obrigada a saber onde a mesma estava. Enfim, fiquei esperando acharem a calça para passar.
Dei uma chance, e coloquei 01 terno, e 02 blazer para lavar e passar, retirada prevista no dia 06/12- sexta feira, tive um imprevisto e fui retirar só na segunda dia 09/12, porem ao chegar la, não estava passado, pois alegaram que a máquina estava quebrada, porem tiveram 02 dias para me avisar que não seria possível retirar na data prevista, e não o fizeram fazendo com que fosse la a toa, gastar combustível. Retirei hoje 13/12 muito insatisfeita com o atendimento, a recepção, a atenção que não possui com os clientes. Duas vezes que não tive um atendimento adequado. Infelizmente não retorno mais. O preço é muito alto.
I had a bad experience with 5asec that is at the Dna Alexandrina gas station in Sao Carlos. I removed today 13/12 very dissatisfied with the service, the reception, the attention that does not have with customers. Twice I didn't get proper care. Unfortunately I won't return anymore. The price is too high.

Levei 3 peças. Blazer, calça e camisa. Quando fui buscar na data combinada, a mesma pessoa que me atendeu disse que minha esposa já tinha buscado e ficou insistindo nisso mesmo eu dizendo que minha esposa ficou o dia todo comigo. Descreveu uma moça que não tinha características da minha esposa e só mudou o discurso quando mostrei uma foto dela. Daí me disse que a máquina deu problema e fui o único quem ela tinha esquecido de avisar. História muito similar a vários outros depoimentos aqui. Consegui recuperar minhas roupas num outro dia mas muita história mal contada com várias informações que não batiam. Depois de toda dor de cabeça do primeiro dia, no segundo dia foi educada se desculpando complementando uma história que continuava não batendo muitas informações.
Situação extremamente estranha e falta de profissionalismo no primeiro dia que tentei buscar as roupas.
