★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, tive 6 peças de roupas danificadas. Camisas sociais brancas nunca eram lavadas e passadas corretamente. Cansei de reclamar, mas nunca houve melhora no serviço. O preço não corresponde a qualidade do serviço!!!
I don't recommend it, I had 6 pieces of damaged clothing. White dress shirts were never washed and ironed correctly. I got tired of complaining, but there was never any improvement in the service. The price does not match the quality of the service !!!

Não entregaram no prazo de uma semana, foi necessário ligar pra cobrar satisfação e eles nem sabiam dizer onde estavam as peças e o que havia acontecido. Depois disso, enviaram para a entrega no horário do almoço sem avisar, foram extremamente mal educados no telefone (apesar do entregador ter sido tranquilo).
Sobre a lavagem: O edredom chegou com cabelos, sem cheiro algum de lavado e não ficou branco. Não entendemos até agora o que houve e porque nos trataram assim.
We send 2 duvets to be laundered. They didn't deliver within a week, it was necessary to call to collect satisfaction and they couldn't even tell where the parts were and what had happened. After that, they sent it for delivery at lunchtime without warning, were extremely rude on the phone (despite the deliveryman being calm).
About washing: The duvet arrived with hair, without any washing smell and did not turn white. We do not understand until now what happened and why they treated us like this.

Meu edredom foi devolvido sujo e cheio de pelos de cachorro (motivo principal da procura por um profissional). Reclamei, mas a resposta foi que não dava para ter tirado os pelos de cachorro. Não foram nem um pouco solicito para resolver o meu problema e um segundo funcionário veio falar comigo dizendo que não tinha como tirar mancha e nem era esse o assunto. Atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Não recomendo.
I left a duvet to wash and when I went to pick it up I was very disappointed with the service. My comforter was returned dirty and full of dog hairs (main reason for seeking out a professional). I complained, but the answer was that I couldn't have shaved the dog's hair. They were not at all helpful to solve my problem and a second employee came to talk to me saying that there was no way to remove the stain and that was not the issue. Service left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend.
