★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito desagradável. Eu havia tido meu celular roubado e cheguei querendo fazer o boletim de ocorrência. Assim que entrei pela porta principal, o atendente se mostrou muito desinteressado. Perguntou se eu tinha o IMEI do telefone, eu disse que não, então ele disse que nem adiantava fazer. Eu expliquei que morava em outro estado e o mesmo disse que eu deveria fazer lá somente em posse do IMEI. Além disso disse que tinha a localização de onde o celular estava e o policial disse que infelizmente não adiantava muita coisa porque era impreciso por ser um prédio, ele nem demonstrou interesse em ver aonde estava. Quando cheguei na minha cidade, que fica em MG, de posse o IMEI que peguei na caixa do telefone eles disseram que o que fica em São Paulo resolve-se em SP, que não era possível fazer em MG.
 Very unpleasant experience. I had my cell phone stolen and I arrived wanting to make the report. As soon as I walked through the front door, the attendant was very disinterested. He asked if I had the phone's IMEI, I said no, so he said it was no use doing it. I explained that I lived in another state and the same said that I should do there only in possession of IMEI. He also said he had the location of the phone and the policeman said that unfortunately it was no good because it was inaccurate because it was a building, nor did he show interest in seeing where he was. When I arrived in my city, which is in MG, with the IMEI that I took from the phone box, they said that what is in São Paulo is resolved in SP, which was not possible to do in MG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível ! Vim pela segunda vez nessa delegacia fazer um BO, a primeira vez estava lotada e o delegado mandou eu voltar mais tarde . Voltei mais tarde, questionei sobre o BO, e me indicaram para esperar na sala de espera, de repente vejo varias pessoas passando na minha frente , fui questionar o porquê e descobri que existia uma senha que NINGUÉM me informou que deveria pegar . Pois bem , descrevi a situação ao delegado que começou a gritar comigo de forma abusiva no meio da delegacia , que iria me atender e que era pra eu esperar . Quando você vai a uma delegacia você espera ser atendido , suportado , acolhido justamente por que já teve um problema ( você é VÍTIMA de algo), e o que aconteceu nessa dp foi justamente o contrário , o delegado foi autoritário e grosseiro comigo , a troco de nada . Esse país é o que é por conta de pessoas assim . Péssimo .
Terrible! I came to the police station a second time to do a BO, the first time it was full and the deputy told me to come back later. I came back later, I asked about the BO, and I was told to wait in the waiting room, suddenly I see several people passing in front of me, I went to question why and discovered that there was a password that NOBODY informed me that I should get. Well, I described the situation to the police officer who started shouting at me in an abusive way in the middle of the police station, who was going to answer me and who was supposed to wait. When you go to a police station you expect to be served, supported, welcomed just because you already had a problem (you are a VICTIM of something), and what happened in this dp was just the opposite, the delegate was authoritarian and rude to me, in return you are welcome . This country is what it is because of people like that. Terrible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida pelo Soldado Andrade e sua parceira que não me recordo o nome. Eles foram muito gentis, entretanto não gostei do atendimento lá no batalhão por ter sido muito demorado e com pessoas petulantes. Meu celular foi roubado, o assaltante confessou o crime, nós reconhecemos o indivíduo e mesmo assim ele foi solto. Uma tristeza pra quem mora em São Paulo. Criminalidade alta, descaso dos policiais, boletim de ocorrência breve e mal feito, má interpretação da vítima(eu) que estava nitidamente assustada. Fiquei decepcionada.
I was well attended by Soldier Andrade and his partner that I do not remember the name. They were very kind, however I did not like the service there in the battalion because it was very long and with petulant people. My cell phone was stolen, the robber confessed to the crime, we recognized the individual and yet he was released. A sadness for those who live in Sao Paulo. High crime, carelessness of the police, brief report and badly done, misinterpretation of the victim (me) who was clearly scared. I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um BO contra perturbação de sossego pois sofro com isso a 3 meses. O delegado disse que estava cansado sem almoçar. Me ofereci a aguardar mas ele continuou negando meu direito a BO e me constrangendo na frente de outras pessoas que aguardavam, então fui embora para buscar procon e advogado. Vamos ver se assim resolve. DETALHE: essa e a unica delegacia em funcionamento aos sabados
I went to do a BO against disturbance of peace because I suffer from it for 3 months. The deputy said he was tired without having lunch. I offered to wait but he continued to deny my right to BO and embarrassed me in front of other people who waited, so I left to look for a procon and a lawyer. Let's see if that solves it. DETAIL: this is the only police station open on Saturdays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misto de experiência positiva e negativa. Negativa pq iniciar a semana em delegacia fazendo BO por furto não é agradável e positivo porque o atendimento do Fernando (acho que é o escrivão) foi exemplar. Atencioso, informativo, gentil, mega educado, simpático. As 4 estrelas vale pelo atendimento dele e a limpeza e educação da moça da limpeza. Foi demorado porque era horário de almoço, mas o atendimento recebido pelo Fernando pelo menos diminuiu um pouco a irritação, nervosismo e frustração de ter a carteira furtada. Recomendo. Mas vão com calma pq demora e não é lugar de passeio.
Mixed positive and negative experience. Negative because starting the week at the police station doing BO for theft is not pleasant and positive because Fernando's service (I think it's the clerk) was exemplary. Attentive, informative, kind, mega polite, friendly. The 4 stars are worth for his service and the cleanliness and education of the cleaning lady. It took a long time because it was lunchtime, but the service Fernando received at least a little lessened the irritation, nervousness and frustration of having his wallet stolen. I recommend. But take it easy because it takes a while and it's not a place to walk.
