★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Aoyama Jardins for lunch yesterday, and the plates were dirty, and the sushi of poor quality. This morning I woke up with heavy stomach problems and a food poisoning. Never ever going back there! Would rate it 0 stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for the last 8 years. I come here every time I’m in SP so that’s about 40 different times. Last night I was served a bottle of watered down Sake. The bottle came out with the seal already broken and we could all tell it was watered down. The staff admitted there mistake and returned the bottle bringing us a new one. That’s unacceptable. I will be looking for a new spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dinner with a few friends and the Customer service is really bad. We tried a few different plates and the quality is no good. They put lime in everything - I want to taste fresh salmon and not lime juice everywhere. I left the restaurant very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodízio sushi is often low quality sushi in Brazil, that is so to make up for the lots of quantity served, it's not bad, but there are better options in São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Sept 5, 2021. The food here was good, enjoyed the fact I was able to get picanha and file mignon with my meal. However the sashimi offerings were very limited. The price isn’t to bad for the location in São Paulo, however the actual service at the restaurant was bad.
