★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento sempre foi ruim, os funcionários não são nada simpáticos, não tem paciência para explicar as devoluções, muitas vezes absurdas, e parecem que eles estão fazendo um favor imensurável as pessoas. As 15 hs da última 3ª feira, só havia uma garota atendendo, e seis pessoas aguardando atendimento; enquanto isso outros funcionários estavam papeando animadamente em suas mesas, outros no celular e o cliente que se dane! Vamos começar a reclamar na Corregedoria, porque educação e paciência é primordial nesse trabalho.
The service has always been bad, the staff are not at all friendly, they do not have the patience to explain the returns, which are often absurd, and it seems that they are doing people an immeasurable favor. At 3 pm on the last Tuesday, there was only one girl attending, and six people waiting for attendance; meanwhile other employees were chatting excitedly at their desks, others on the cell phone and the customer be damned! We will start complaining in Internal Affairs, because education and patience is paramount in this work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de entender qual a dificuldade das pessoas explicarem as perguntas de maneira tranquila, eles explicam como se todo mundo fosse obrigado a entender de tudo. Eu não trabalho em cartório, não sei como funciona e não sei o que para quem trabalha ai parece obvio. Um curso de excelência no atendimento ajudaria muito, talvez assim as pessoas seriam mais humanas e entenderiam a importância de um bom atendimento.
I would like to understand how difficult it is for people to explain the questions in a calm way, they explain as if everyone was obliged to understand everything. I don't work in a notary's office, I don't know how it works and I don't know what for those who work there seems obvious. A course on excellence in service would help a lot, perhaps that way people would be more human and understand the importance of good service.
