★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora e olha que falta de funcionário não é pois só no atendimento contei 5 pessoas tirando o rapaz da portaria. Pior que dependemos desse cartório, então não tem muita opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, estrutura precária. Funcionários mais preocupados em bater papo, ficar com brincadeiras e dar risadas do que atenderem as pessoas e ter educação com os mesmos. Qualquer banquinha de esquina aceita cartão débito, lá só no dinheiro vivo. Decididamente parou no tempo. Cheio, desorganizado e bagunçado. Péssima experiência.
Horrible place, precarious structure. Employees more concerned with chatting, joking and laughing than serving people and being polite to them. Any corner stall accepts debit cards, cash only. Decidedly stopped in time. Full, disorganized and messy. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça que nos atendeu foi muito arrogante, sem o mínimo esforço pra ser educada e ainda ficou caçoando de nós porque estávamos com dúvida. Ela acha que não vimos, uma pena não ter pego o nome dela, mas só depois minha sogra me disse o que ela fez. Acho que educação é o mínimo, principalmente pra quem atende ao público.
The girl who served us was very arrogant, without the slightest effort to be polite and even made fun of us because we were in doubt. She thinks we didn't see it, too bad I didn't get her name, but only later did my mother-in-law tell me what she did. I think education is the minimum, especially for those who serve the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chega a ser assustador. Funcionários falando mal de clientes anteriores na frente de outros clientes, falando alto e gargalhando sobre assuntos triviais. Não acho que o local de trabalho tem que ser um local "engessado", mas fofocar sobre assuntos cotidianos, inclusive sobre a clientela, na frente de outros clientes é algo absurdo. É, de longe, o pior cartório em que já estive.
It gets scary. Employees badmouthing past customers in front of other customers, talking loudly and laughing about trivial matters. I don't think the workplace has to be a "cast" place, but gossiping about everyday matters, including customers, in front of other clients is absurd. It is by far the worst registry office I have ever been to.
