★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou motorista da 99, tentamos ao máximo dar o melhor atendimento! gostaria de informar a 99 que se fosse possível mudar a posição no aplicativo, onde tem o os valores, pois quando entra um pedido de chamada e coincidir em vc estar ocultando o valor, por varias vezes foi cancelada o pedido de viagem por conta disso, então fica minha sugestão de mudar de posição no app, ou do valor ou da recusa de viagem

O estranho é que liguei em seguida para o motorista e o celular dele permaneceu desligado até o hj p manhã. Condutor: Sidney Antônio, renault kwid, placa QEI 2865. Tenho documentos importantes nessa nécessaire.
Só estou citando o nome do motorista e a situação, no intuito de resolver o problema.
Last night (05-07-21) I forgot my toilet bag inside the 99 pop app. I immediately resorted to the app to report what happened.
The strange thing is that I called the driver right away and his cell phone remained turned off until hj p morning. Driver: Sidney Antônio, renault kwid, plate QEI 2865. I have important documents in this bag.

O atendimento dos funcionários é top para com os colaboradores.
Só acho que a empresa 99 pop é que tem que melhorar mesmo a plataforma.
Pois os valores continuam absurdos.
Acho também que eles devem fazer uma melhor divulgação das regras para passageiros como o uso de máscaras, limites de passageiros, álcool e principalmente quanto eles exigirem o ar condicionado ??
Enfrento muitos transtornos com isso tudo !

I just think that the 99 pop company really has to improve the platform.
The values are still absurd.
