It's useless, they have my money tied up and I can only solve it with the office outside Belém, what's the use of this house 99, absolutely nothing, any information has to call the office, it would be better to close it.

It doesn't answer right, and when the passenger doesn't pay the amount and leaves the car at 99, it doesn't refund the amount. Anger ???
