★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALUGUEI UM APARTAMENTO COM ESSA IMBOLIARA EM 2017 PERMANECI ATE NO FINAL DO CONTRATO, A MESMA FEZ A VISTORIA APOS MINHA SAIDA DO IMOVEL, ESTOU TENDO PROBLEMA COM A IMOBILIARIA PARA RECEBER O MEU CHEQUE CALÇÃO, POIS FOI FEITO UMAVISTORIA NO APARTAMENTO A IMOBILIARIA FEZ UM ORÇAMENTO ABUSIVO NO VALOR DOS REPAROS QUANDO EU ENTREI NO APARTAMENTO JA TINHA UNS REPARO A SER FEITO, ELES AGINDO DE MÁ FE COLOCOU O VALOR LÁ EM CIMA , SENDO QUE SO FEZ UM ORÇAMENTO,. EU POR FORA FIZ UM ORÇAMENTO IA GASTA A METADE DO VALOR QUE ELES COBROU, DESTE ENTÃO ELES NAO QUER PAGA MEU CHEQUE CALÇAO CORRETO.
SAI DO IMOVEL NA DATA 14-2020 ate hoje NINGUEM ENTROU EM CONTATO PARA ESTA NEGOCIANDO COMIGO UM OUTRO VALOR , ELES QUER PAGA O VALOR QUE ELES ACHA CERTO.
NAO RECOMENDO ESSA IMOBILIARIA FIZ UMA PESQUISA SOBRE ELA A MESMA TEM VARIAS RECLAMAÇÃO RELACINADA AO MESMO PROBLEMA QUE ESTOU TENDO.
LEMBRADO UQE A IMMOBILIRIA MANDOU UM ACORDO NAO AMIGAVEL.
I RENT AN APARTMENT WITH THIS IMBOLIARA IN 2017 I STAYED UNTIL THE END OF THE CONTRACT, THE SAME MADE THE INSPECTION AFTER I LEFT THE PROPERTY, I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE IMOBILIARIA TO RECEIVE MY CHECK SHORTS, BECAUSE A SURVEY WAS DONE IN THE APARTMENT THE IMOBILIARIA MADE A BUDGET ABUSIVE IN THE VALUE OF REPAIRS WHEN I ENTERED THE APARTMENT THERE ALREADY HAD SOME REPAIRS TO BE DONE, THEY ACTUALLY PUT THE VALUE UP THERE, AND THEY ONLY MADE A BUDGET. I made a budget and spent half the amount they charged, so they don't want to pay my check.
LEAVES THE PROPERTY ON DATE 14-2020 until today NOBODY CONTACTED THIS NEGOTIATION WITH ME ANOTHER VALUE, THEY WANT TO PAY THE VALUE THEY THINK IS RIGHT.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY I DID A RESEARCH ABOUT IT IT HAS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS RELATED TO THE SAME PROBLEM I'M HAVING.
REMEMBERED THAT IMMOBILIRIA SENT AN UNFRIENDLY AGREEMENT.
