★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo suporte. Atraso no repasse dos valores devidos ao proprietário do imóvel ( aluguel e multa rescisória) e dificuldade em falar com os responsáveis. A péssima administração do imóvel realizada não vale os 13% descontados do aluguel pela prestação do serviço.
Bad support. Delay in the transfer of amounts due to the property owner (rent and severance fee) and difficulty in talking to those responsible. The poor management of the property carried out is not worth the 13% deducted from the rent for providing the service.
