★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é bom mas a propaganda de uma promoção preencher o cartãozinho e ganhe qualquer bolo da vitrine e falso !( que decepção), não compro mais nenhum bolo deste lugar o gerente não tem jogo de cintura e manter clientes bons! eu avisei e alertei a diversas pessoas conhecidas minhas no bairro e não comprarão mais lá! é uma pena
propaganda enganosa, gente mentirosa sem nenhum zelo por cliente que comprar bem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até outubro de 2017 eu considerava o melhor bolo da zona norte, principalmente o de banana com Nutella. Porém, a qualidade foi decaindo mais e mais. O bolo diminuiu muitooooo, a quantidade de Nutella só com lupa para achar e ainda por cima queimado. Eu amava a Bolaria, hoje eu não quero nem de graça, infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não têm o menor comprometimento com o cliente. Liguei as 14:30h. perguntando o horário de fechamento, a funcionária disse que fechavam as 19h., e perguntou se eu queria reservar um bolo.
Concordei, deixei de comprar em outro lugar e avisei que passaria após as 18:30h., Quando cheguei pra retirar o bolo uma moça avisou que já tinham vendido meu bolo pra outra pessoa, questionei o motivo, e ela disse que só reservam os produtos até as 16h. e o pior, foram super arrogantes, e se querem saber até meu telefone estava anotado errado...
Se não têm profissionalismo não servem para trabalhar com público. Lamentável...
Deviam pensar que hoje em dia é muito fácil perder clientes. Eu não compro mais, e se tiver a oportunidade de contar pra vários conhecidos o que aconteceu, farei.
