★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bolos deliciosos!! Mas gostaria de ver mais higienização na loja. Vi moscas andando nos bolos. Falei com uma funcionária que não deu deu atenção. Tive que falar com outra, que prontamente me atendeu. Espero não ver mais isto!!

so nao entendo pq pedem pra reservar... gostaria que me desse resposta sobre o acontecido, visto pq tenho visitas em casa, e confiei na empresa.olha o desconforto q mq causaram...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos em geral era ótimos, porém das últimas duas compras o bolo não estava fofinho como de costume. O bolo estava com a massa bem pesada, não gostei. Já o bolo de pote de leite ninho é maravilhoso, espetacular.
The cakes in general were great, but from the last two purchases the cake was not as fluffy as usual. The cake was very heavy, I didn't like it. The nest milk pot cake is wonderful, spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigamente era muito boa a qualidade dos bolos, porém de algum tempo pra cá a qualidade caiu drasticamente, comprei ontem 23/04/21 um bolo de milho que antes era super cremoso feito de milho mesmo, metade do bolo era seco, puro flocão de milho, e está menor do que sempre foi, a única coisa que não mudou é má vontade das atendentes.
Melhorem, pq o que não falta são concorrentes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro bolo toda quinta feira. Geralmente encomendo antes pq retiro no final da tarde e as vezes nao tem o que sabor que eu gosto.
Agora mesmo deixei de encomendar pq a retirada é até as 18h… sendo seria por volta disso.. e a atendente me diz que nao seria possível… oi?!
Detalhe…eu retiro o bolo sempre nesse horario q eh a hora q chego do trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou expressar a minha total decepção por esta loja hoje, encomendei há dois dias 2 bolos, liguei um dia antes pra cancelar um e deixar só o outro pra hoje, sexta, além de ser sexta feira santa, foi aniversário do meu marido! Enfim, quando cheguei pra pegar o bolo, que liguei um dia antes pra confirmar, fui informada que não tinha bolo nenhum!
Perguntei quem tinha me atendido, que aliás, péssimo atendimento ao telefone, disseram que era "priscila", hoje quando perguntei novamente, disseram que era "Cintia"...
Bom, agora ao proprietário (a); preste atenção na competência de seus funcionários, pois, pelas avaliações aqui, tem muitas reclamações. E eu também, quando sai da loja hoje, falei para as atendentes, que perderam mais um cliente.
E de boca em boca, talvez isso não seja visto com bons olhos!
Ah sim, comemoramos o aniversário de meu marido com um pudim, por conta dessa falta de responsabilidade dessa loja!!!
