★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei duas vezes pedindo informações para contratar o serviço e expliquei que tinha urgência. Mesmo assim o atendente Pitágoras Rocha ficou de me mandar mais informações sobre as linhas e estou esperando até agora. Se tratam assim para captar clientes, imagina quando o servico é fechado.
Terrible attendance. I called twice asking for information to hire the service and explained that I had urgency. Even so, the attendant Pitágoras Rocha kept sending me more information about the lines and I'm waiting until now. If they try to attract customers, imagine when the service is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organização. Ônibus terríveis com cadeiras quebradas e sem manutenção. Nao comunicam a mudança dos colaboradores nem mesmo se estes ja não fazem mais parte do quadro. E para eles nunca temos opinião.
Lack of organization. Terrible buses with broken chairs and no maintenance. They do not communicate the change of employees, even if they are no longer part of the staff. And for them we never have an opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ônibus com cadeiras quebradas, alguns até sujos, ou com goteiras, linhas sem padrão ( algumas possuem ar condicionado, outras podem vir até sem banheiro) e durante o longo trajeto alguém pode precisar. Em alguns itinerários não existem empresas concorrentes, talvez por isso estejam a tanto tempo no mercado e as reclamações são sempre as mesmas.
buses with broken chairs, some even dirty, or with gutters, lines without pattern (some have air conditioning, others may even come without a bathroom) and during the long journey someone may need it. In some itineraries there are no competing companies, so maybe they have been on the market for so long and the complaints are always the same.
