Chegamos no estabelecimento e já fomos recebidas com muita ignorância, foi nos perguntado se tínhamos agendado horário, entretanto foi nossa primeira vez no estabelecimento, não sabíamos que teria que agendar, mas fomos recebidas porque não tinha nenhum outro cliente no local. Ao fazer nosso cadastro as atendentes nos deixou em pé e as duas conversavam entre elas, davam risada, como se a gente não estivesse lá, nos sentimos muito mal quista! Dessa forma decidimos ir embora, mas antes minha mãe reclamou do atendimento e foi recebida por uma pessoa que disse ser a responsável e a informou que deveríamos ter marcado horário e que antes de ir em qualquer empresa precisamos primeiro saber as normas da mesma, minha mãe ao falar que era uma crítica construtiva em relação ao atendimento, visto que também temos empresa, a mesma disse que isso nunca tinha acontecido e que o atendimento era esse mesmo, enfim as peças são realmente muito bonitas, uma pena que não deu tempo de nem ao menos olhar o material, porque o primeiro atendimento foi horrível. Com certeza nunca mais vamos voltar!
Terrible attendance!
We arrived at the establishment and we were already received with great ignorance, we were asked if we had scheduled an appointment, however it was our first time at the establishment, we did not know that we would have to schedule it, but we were received because there was no other customer in the place. When making our registration, the attendants left us standing and the two talked to each other, laughing, as if we weren't there, we felt very unwelcome! So we decided to leave, but before that my mother complained about the service and was received by a person who said he was responsible and informed her that we should have made an appointment and that before going to any company we first need to know the rules of the same, my mother when saying that it was a constructive criticism in relation to the service, since we also have a company, the same said that this had never happened and that the service was the same, anyway the pieces are really very beautiful, a pity that there was no time to even at least look at the material, because the first service was horrible. We will definitely never go back!
