★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido (dependendo do dia) e eficiente. Só não dou nota máxima porque a unidade Angélica é muito pequena e não faz juz ao bairro que atende.
 Fast (depending on the day) and efficient service. The only reason I don't give top marks is because the Angélica unit is too small and doesn't do justice to the neighborhood it serves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um time muito ruim de técnicos em enfermagem, das 3 vezes que me tiraram sangue, em duas arrebentaram meu braço que, aliás, ficou 20 dias roxo, algo grosseiro.
A very bad team of nursing technicians, of the 3 times they took my blood, in two they broke my arm which, by the way, was purple for 20 days, something rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente tento de todas as formas, pela facilidade de morar quase ao lado mas não tem condições. Já faz mais de uma hora que estou para ser atendido para cadastrar e ninguém me chama, apenas três atendentes e o lugar lotado. É muito descaso.
I really try in every way, for the ease of living almost next door, but I don't have the conditions. I've been waiting for more than an hour to register and nobody calls me, just three attendants and the place is full. It's very neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandaram os preparos para os exames errados. Deram sugestões péssimas de como contornar a situação. No tempo que fiquei lá vi outras 2 pessoas tendo problemas com informações de preparo, horário de agendamento e desorganização.
They sent the wrong exam preparations. They gave bad suggestions on how to get around the situation. During the time I was there, I saw 2 other people having problems with preparation information, scheduling and disorganization.

Além disso, lançaram o pedido médico duplicado para meses diferentes. Estive em Maio e lançaram para o plano de saúde os mesmos exames para Abril e para Maio. Foi lançado como se eu tivesse feito os mesmos exames duas vezes, em meses diferentes.
