★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no intuíto de fazer uma compra na loja mas a vendedora insistentemente me mostrava somente armações da promoção ... Tive que insistir para ver as demais de valor e qualidade superior, e ainda assim ela só me mostrou 2, das quais não gostei. Atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo e não voltaria!!!
I was intent on making a purchase at the store but the saleswoman insistently showed me only promotion frames ... I had to insist to see the others of superior value and quality, and yet she only showed me 2, which I did not like. Bad service. Would not recommend and would not go back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima...estive nessa ótica no dia 11/12/2019, a vendedora me mostrava somente as armações da marca Mac, eu que fiquei tentando ver outras marcas, mas a mesma continuava na insistência. Dizia que não iria me arrepender pois é de excelente qualidade e que me daria desconto naquela armação, enfim me convenceu!
Demorou 17 dias pra ficar pronto. A armação machuca meu rosto, não consigo sequer usar um dia inteiro o óculos.Voltei na loja tentando uma solução, primeiro eu teria que trocar a paleta do óculos que são de silicone, por uma de gel, porém com custo meu, as armações que me oferecem para troca não são do meu gosto, a única que gostei, não podem dar um desconto maior para eu fazer a troca, enfim, gastei $1630,00 e estou totalmente insatisfeita e não sei onde recorrer com a tamanha falta de empatia com meu caso!!
Não indico essa loja e faço questão de comentar com todas as pessoas de meu círculo de amigos sobre o ocorrido!!
Em dez anos que uso óculos, nunca tive um problema parecido, estou indignada, insatisfeita, sem usar o óculos, ainda tentando fazer a troca.
Terrible ... I was in that perspective on 12/11/2019, the saleswoman showed me only the Mac brand frames, I was trying to see other brands, but the same continued to insist. He said he would not regret it because it is of excellent quality and that he would give me a discount on that frame, he finally convinced me!
It took 17 days to get ready. The frame hurts my face, I can't even wear the glasses all day. I went back to the store trying to find a solution, first I would have to change the palette of the glasses that are made of silicone for a gel, but at my cost, the frames that they offer me for exchange are not my taste, the only one I liked, they cannot give me a bigger discount to make the exchange, anyway, I spent $ 1630.00 and I am totally dissatisfied and I don't know where to turn with such a lack of empathy with my case!!
I do not recommend this store and I make a point of commenting with everyone in my circle of friends about what happened !!
In ten years that I wear glasses, I never had a similar problem, I am outraged, dissatisfied, without wearing glasses, still trying to make the switch.
