★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal tratada pela funcionária, hoje pela manhã aproximadamente umas 09:20 fui comprar um oculos de grau a atendente simplesmente me tratou super mal, não me deu atenção alguma, apenas me mostrou os valores mais caros e não mostrou as armações, me senti muito constrangida, descriminada, por ser uma pessoa simples???? As pessoas só visam e atendem bem quem elas querem e quem elas veem que tem condições. Tão ignorante,mal sabia ela que fui na intensão de comprar um. Não entendo essa sociedade que vive apenas por aparências sendo que apenas um bom atendimento e carisma bastasse! Estou muito chateada e vou entrar em contato com o responsável da loja para relatar minha infeliz experiência.
I was super badly treated by the employee, this morning at about 09:20 I went to buy a prescription glasses, the attendant simply treated me super badly, didn't give me any attention, just showed me the most expensive values and didn't show the frames, I felt very embarrassed, discriminated against, for being a simple person ???? People only aim and serve well who they want and who they see has conditions. So ignorant, little did she know that I was intent on buying one. I do not understand this society that lives only by appearances and that only good service and charisma would suffice! I am very upset and I will contact the store manager to report my unfortunate experience.
