We went early today 08.06.2019 at Tamima Mattresses, well attended by Cido and the Store Manager. We made our purchase and the excellent quality products were delivered in the early afternoon. Very careful handlers. Congratulations! Highly recommend. Note 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu dou 3 Estrelas pelo atendimento foram muito simpáticos. Mas se eu pudesse eu daria 1estrela pela indicação o meu colchão Lucksspuma a garantia é de 2 anos e com menos de um mês de uso já está muito macio parecendo que tem 10 anos, enquanto eu escrevo minhas costas doi. Não recomendo.
I give 3 stars for the service were very friendly. But if I could I would give 1 star for the indication my Lucksspuma mattress is guaranteed for 2 years and with less than a month of use it is already very soft, looking like it is 10 years old, while I write my back it hurts. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha essa loja , comprei um colchão de molas ensacadas que faz mais barulho que uma banda de rock , abri assistência diretamente na loja e faz 4 meses que eu espero alguém para verificar o defeito . Detalhe sou prestador de serviço para eles mesmo assim estou levando uma canseira.
Jamais voltarei a comprar nessa loja.
Uma vergonha quando vc pensar em comprar um colchão não pare na loja Nessa loja.
A vendedora foi bem atenciosa mais o pós venda é uma vergonha municipal
A shame this store, I bought a pocket spring mattress that makes more noise than a rock band, I opened assistance directly in the store and it's been 4 months since I waited for someone to check the defect. Detail I am a service provider for them even so I am taking a fatigue.
I will never shop again at that store.
A shame when you think about buying a mattress do not stop at the store In this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo comprei uma beliche hoje o vendedor me prometeu que entregaria e montaria hoje mesmo,o rapaz veio entregar porém o montador foi o Gasparzinho,desmontei a cama da minha filha,esperando e confiando que o montador viria pois não só veio a cama e com vários defeitos,um absurdo a falta de respeito e empatia com o consumidor!não indico pra ninguém compra nessa loja.so me resta eles trocarem as peças e virem montar si não a patrulha do consumidor será acionada!!falta de respeito
An absurd I bought a bunk bed today the seller promised me he would deliver and assemble it today, the boy came to deliver but the fitter was Gasparzinho, I dismantled my daughter's bed, waiting and trusting that the fitter would come because not only did the bed come with several defects, the lack of respect and empathy with the consumer is absurd! O PROCON , não conseguiu resolver. Elaborou um processo e me indicou procurar a justiça civil.
Mesmo assim fui 2 vezes e falei com um dos donos (Sr. Hamed) e também vez vista grossa.
Estou agora em contato com Celso Russomanno , para ver se consigo meu dinheiro de volta.
Pior negocio da minha vida.
I bought a mattress and they delivered wet and stained, it's been 6 months and I can't change it.
PROCON , could not resolve. He prepared a process and told me to seek civil justice.

Comprei um jogo de quarto completo negociando com um orçamento de outra loja, fechei com R$200,00 a menos. Mas a decepção foi tanta que se soubesse teria pago mais caro. O montador deixou meu guarda roupas todo torto, as gavetas travam e não fecham, disseram que mandariam outro montador, ninguém apareceu. Não mandaram a cabeceira, ligo pra falar com eles e não atendem, um descaso total...
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!
I bought a complete bedroom set negotiating with a quote from another store, I closed with R$200.00 less. But the disappointment was so great that if I had known I would have paid more. The fitter left my wardrobe all crooked, the drawers lock and don't close, they said they would send another fitter, no one showed up. They didn't send the headboard, I call to talk to them and they don't answer, a total disregard...
