★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O carro da minha esposa está nesta oficina a 37 dias pra trocar o Parachoque trazeiro desamassa a mala e pintar um serviço que um lanterneiro de fundo de quintal leva no máximo cinco dias mas lá tá estes dias todo e só pedem desculpas pela demora.
My wife's car is in this workshop for 37 days to change the bumper, bring back the suitcase and paint a job that a backyard lantern takes at most five days but it's there all these days and they just apologize for the delay.

Meu carro ficou uma semana para fazer reparos, chego pra pegar meu carro e simplesmente não foi feito absolutamente nada no meu veículo e detalhe nem uma satisfação o por que de não ter feito os reparos....Tirei meu carro na hora....tinha que falir isso!!!! Absurdo....péssima empresa...
Think of a company with no respect for its consumer ??? Yeah it is !!! My car was a week to make repairs, I get to get my car and simply nothing was done in my vehicle and detail not a satisfaction why not have done the repairs .... I took my car on time ... .we had to bankrupt it !!!! Nonsense .... lousy company ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapaz, pensei num trabalho mal feito? Então. Bateram na traseira do meu Logan e por infelicidade eu deixei lá. Precisava do carro pra trabalhar. Depois do orçamento aprovado eles demoraram 15 dias pra começar o serviço e mais um monte de dias pra terminar. Fizeram um serviço pra lá de ruim na lanternagem. Se eu tivesse uma marreta, tinha feito melhor em casa. Não ajeitam a camera de ré, os sensores não funcionaram, pintura pífia... Reclamei e ficaram com meu carro mais dois dias. Deram um jeitinho pra lá de brasileiro. Eu como precisava do carro pra trabalhar, peguei do jeito que tava. Mas jamais recomendaria pra alguém e/ou faria outro serviço. Se o seu seguro autorizar fazer lá, corre.
Boy, did I think of a poorly done job? So. They hit my Logan on the back and unfortunately I left it there. I needed the car to work. After the approved budget they took 15 days to start the service and a lot more days to finish. They did a bad job in the body shop. If I had a sledgehammer, I would have done better at home. They don't adjust the rear camera, the sensors didn't work, poor paint ... I complained and stayed with my car for two more days. They gave a way beyond Brazilian. As I needed the car to work, I took it the way it was. But I would never recommend it to anyone and / or do another job. If your insurance authorizes you to do it, run.
