No dia 07/06/21
Ao sair da agência com o vender para para colocar o seguro foi indetificada q a central multimida não funcionava .
No dia seguinte dia 08/06/21 fui até a loja
Aonde o carro foi me entregue .
Sem atena, sema revisão de troca de óleo e filtro,os faróis com entrada de água e sem higieniza ao e lavagem .
No dia 09/06 /21
Pois o farol é o farol de neblina não esta funcionando.
No dia 10/06/21 demos a continuidade de fazer essas partes pendentes no qual me entregaram o carro sem essas revisões ficando sim pendente a central multimidia.
Fui até a loja fiat para ver pesquisei o valor do rádio e Passai para o Gerente de pós venda Sr.Robson as possível marca q gostaria q fizesse a substituição.
No dia 21/06 /21 levei novamente o carro para a retirada da central multimidia
Aonde o mesmo seria levado para o laboratório São Paulo para fazer uma avaliação melhor
No dia 28/06/21 acordamos deu levar o carro para trocar a multimidia as 14:30hs
Contactei o Gerente Robson e informei q gostaria de uma ordem de serviço o mesmo informou q não saberia oque era e não tinha como me dar .
Visualizando a central multimidia pude observar q não havia marca e nem referência e era uma multimidia desconhecida meu carro e uma Fiat touro.e gostaria de uma mídia compatível ao meu veículo incluindo a qualidade do produto.
Por isso insistir na ordem de serviço e até mesmo a nota fiscal do produto,pois assim estaria garantido caso houvesse algum defeito.
Foi preciso acionar a polícia militar pois os mesmo não me deram a ordem de serviço.
Pedir então para cancelar o meu financiamento uma vez q ainda não conseguir utilizar de forma completa .
Como vc pode ver tivemos universitários vezes a intenção de resolver
Fui inúmeras as vezes na loja
Hoje contatei a loja Aonde foi me passo q era para ir leva o carro para fazer a substituição.
E mesmo assim não foi ainda resolvido.
Perdi um dia inteiro e um dia de trabalho .
Pois já sair da loja quase as 19:20 .
Fui até até a loja da Fiat e orcei o

É um descaso até deixar agente falando sozinho o gerente te deixa .

When leaving the agency with the sale to place the insurance, it was undetected that the multimida center was not working.

No attention, no oil and filter change overhaul, headlights with water inlet and no cleaning and washing.

On 06/10/21 we continued to make these pending parts in which the car was delivered to me without these revisions, but the multimedia center was still pending.
I went to the fiat store to see I researched the value of the radio and passed it on to the after-sales manager Mr. Robson as possible brand that I would like to replace.

Where it would be taken to the laboratory São Paulo for a better evaluation

I contacted the Robson Manager and informed him that I would like a work order, he informed him that he would not know what it was and had no way to give it to me.
Viewing the multimedia center, I could see that there was no brand or reference and it was an unknown multimedia, my car and a Fiat bull. and I would like a media compatible with my vehicle, including the quality of the product.
Therefore, insist on the service order and even the product invoice, as this would be guaranteed in case there was any defect.
It was necessary to call the military police because they did not give me the service order.
Then ask me to cancel my financing as I still can't use it completely.

Nosso carro eles avaliam lá em baixo ,enche de problemas para comprar barato o deles parece carro de Sheik feito de outro , assim fica difícil
