Se pedir, se prepare pra esperar entre 2 a 3 horas.
The pastel is good (except when it doesn't arrive cold), but the service is terrible and slow, they leave you in a vacuum all the time.
If you order, be prepared to wait between 2 to 3 hours.

Último pedido que fiz, o pastel veio gelado, murcho, num saco de plástico reciclado, depois de quase 2 horas. Reclamei e disseram q as embalagens haviam acabado e o motoboy tava demorando a retornar de outras entregas.
As vezes a empresa não está pronta p expandir. Não sei se é o caso de má gestão. Mas não fez sentido pra mim a justificativa para uma entrega tão precária. De brinde, ainda ficamos nos sentindo mal depois de comer os pastéis.
It used to be better in every way (last year). Now, they leave a lot to be desired. Last order I made, the pastel came cold, withered, in a recycled plastic bag, after almost 2 hours. I complained and they said the packages had run out and the motoboy was taking a long time to return from other deliveries.
Sometimes the company is not ready to expand. I don't know if it's a case of bad management. But the justification for such a precarious delivery made no sense to me. As a bonus, we still feel sick after eating the pastries.
