Pegaram meu telefone fixo e celular, cheguei aqui por volta 17:30 esperando um medicamento q só vai chegar segundo moça do caixa, por volta 19:30hs! Como preciso e não terei tempo de voltar estou aqui aguardando, mais quis relatar minha indignação com tamanha falta de respeito com serviço q foi dado a mim.
I'm at that moment at 19:25 p.m. waiting for a medication that I brought yesterday to make formula and I was told that I would be ready at 5:00 p.m.! Lack of respect with customers. They took my landline and cell phone, I got here around 5:30 p.m. waiting for a medicine that will only reach the box girl, around 7:30 p.m.! As I need and I will not have time to return I am here waiting, but I wanted to report my indignation with such a lack of respect with service that was given to me.
