Great service, but the TV where the passwords are is VERY poorly positioned. Whoever sits in certain places, totally loses his vision. Only annoying point.

â â â â â Erro grotesco! Estive numa sexta-feira para cadastrar uns exames e no sĂĄbado levei minha filha de 3 anos para fazĂȘ-los e cadastrei mais um pedido. Salientei e mostrei para atendente ( verificar a filmagem). Fiz a observação e me disseram q deveria mostrar na hora do coleta, lĂĄ me disseram que 1 tibo seria suficiente. Retorno para a entrega de urina e descubro a incompetĂȘncia do quadro da labchecap. Q um pedido tava pendente.
Uma criança de 3 anos chora, grita, esperneia qdo faz uma coleta de sangue. E querem q ela faça novente a coleta. INACREDITĂVEL!
Grotesque mistake! I was there on a Friday to register some exams and on Saturday I took my 3-year-old daughter to do them and registered another request. I pointed out and showed it to the attendant (check the footage). I made the observation and they told me that I should show it at the time of collection, there they told me that 1 tube would be enough. I return for the urine delivery and discover the labchecap's incompetence. Q an order was pending.
A 3-year-old child cries, screams, kicks when having a blood sample. And they want her to collect ninety. UNBELIEVABLE!
