0 to 10 Location 10 Ambience 7 Staff 7 Authenticity 8 Products 8 Variety 7 I live in the block besides bakery and my expectation was high for a new bakery :( Disorganised place. Took many months to open, have a nice furniture and decor, but the layout is a mess. Very crowded in weekends, with queue line outside waiting tables and people seated in the center of salon, chatting without masks. You need to cross lot of tables to ask breads, and return the same way to pay. Not so cleaver. Could offer self checkout and other modern ways to consume. This area is perfect for new concepts and they lost a chance. They could explore ways to interact more close with the neighbours. What saves this place for me is the croissants that is good. Traditional, almond, and the pain au chocolate is nice. After all I guess the place fits perfect for people who comes to Itaim for having meals pretending fancy.

One of the best brunches I have ever had! We went on a Sunday morning (around 9am) and the place was already quite crowded — so prepare to wait a bit in queue. It was worth it though. The menu has super healthy options you can't find in most places (such as protein pancakes). We asked for Brickel Toasts (bread and guacamole was out of this world), a Capuccino, red fruits tea, and the aforementioned protein pancakes (the first tasty ones I ever had with egg whites). Everything was outstanding. Staff was also super friendly and even suggested some places we should visit in SP. I'll surely come back here if I'm in SP!
