★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei de estado e tiveram a cara de pau de me cobrar 2 assinaturas como multa de cancelamento, sendo que eles próprio não irão me atender no novo endereço. O contrato deles é completamente abusivo, dão um desconto merreca na assinatura anual e cobram um absurdo por cancelamento. Estou perto de colocar no Procon e processar.
Edit: Após algumas semanas de conversa, a empresa retirou a multa e paguei apenas o mês vigente, por isso estou editando a avaliação. Em relação ao serviço prestado, nunca tive problemas em mais de 2 anos com eles e sempre fui bem atendido.
 I moved to another state and they had the nerve to charge me 2 signatures as a cancellation fee, and they themselves will not answer me at the new address. Their contract is completely abusive, they give a mediocre discount on the annual subscription and charge an absurd amount for cancellation. I'm close to putting it in Procon and processing.
Edit: After a few weeks of conversation, the company withdrew the fine and I only paid the current month, so I'm editing the review. Regarding the service provided, I have never had problems in more than 2 years with them and I have always been well attended.

ESSA RESPOSTA ABAIXO DA EMPRESA NÃO CONDIZ COM A VERDADE > Dia 13.04 quarta-feira eu AVISEI que não estaria disponível para ficar de plantão esperando a retira (já que no dia anterior -que era o dia combinado da retira - eu fiquei o dia todo esperando a retira e cancelaram a às 17h) pedi para reagendarem a visita e não me responderam ! Ontem o serviço já estava CANCELADO e mesmo assim eles apareceram lá. Novamente, péssima experiência. Continuam sem responder minhas ligações, e-mails e WhatsApp, aparentemente só responde o que é publico.
I hired the service two weeks ago, they didn't remove the parts as contracted, they don't answer whatsapp and calls! Bad experience.

Yesterday the service was already CANCELED and still they showed up there. Again, bad experience. They still don't answer my calls, emails and WhatsApp, apparently they only answer what is public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perderam metade das minhas roupas, e estragaram o resto. Todos os shortes e as calças vinham com o cordão destruído, e todas as meias furadas. Mancharam toalhas e camisas brancas. Enviaram roupas de outras pessoas junto com as minhas remessas, incluindo roupas intimas de outras pessoas. Quando reclamava, o atendimento mal ajudava e tratava mal. Atualmente estão com duas cobranças abertas em meu nome totalizando mil reais, que eu não usei e nao sei a que se referem, e estão se recusando a retirar os débitos. Tento falar com eles todos os dias e eles apenas repetem as mesmas respostas e param de responder.
Lost half of my clothes, and ruined the rest. All the shorts and pants came with the cord destroyed, and all the socks had holes. They stained towels and white shirts. They sent other people's clothes along with my shipments, including other people's underwear. When he complained, the service barely helped and treated him badly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam data atrás de data para entrega das peças e não cumprem, fico o dia todo aguardando eles aparecerem e simplesmente, não dão as caras, se eu não mando um whatsapp ou ligo no final do dia, nem notícia deles, ignoram o cliente. Péssimo serviço, se escondem atrás da desculpa de "problema logístico" para desaparecer com suas roupas e não devolver nunca mais. Fico cobrando um endereço para retirada das peças e não respondem. Simplesmente, agem de má fé.
Nem um mês de uso do serviço e não recomendo nem para os meus inimigos.
They set date after date for delivery of the parts and they don't comply, I wait all day for them to show up and they just don't show up, if I don't send a whatsapp or call at the end of the day, or even hear from them, they ignore the customer. Bad service, they hide behind the excuse of "logistical problem" to disappear with their clothes and never return them again. I keep charging an address to pick up the parts and they don't respond. They simply act in bad faith.
Not even a month of using the service and I don't recommend it even to my enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! A comunicação é difícil. As cobranças indevidas são recorrentes. Um modelo de negócio mal estruturado, sem transparência. O pior para mim foi terem retido minhas roupas enquanto havia saldo em minha conta. Só quando mencionei o PROCON resolveram me cobrar uma taxa extra de envio (o modelo do negócio está baseado na retirada e entrega das roupas a domicílio). Não recomendo de forma alguma.
Disappointing! Communication is difficult. Undue charges are recurring. A poorly structured business model without transparency. The worst thing for me was that they kept my clothes while there was a balance in my account. Only when I mentioned PROCON they decided to charge me an extra shipping fee (the business model is based on the collection and delivery of clothes at home). I don't recommend it at all.

Perderam 2 fronhas da minha casa, compraram novas (com muito custo, demoraram mais de 1 mês para conseguirem resolver meu problema) e 4 meses depois, alegaram que devolveram as fronhas (não devolveram) e cobraram o valor das fronhas 220 reais no boleto, sem nenhuma justificativa ou explicação.
Estou tentando contato, mas vivem me repassando sem que ninguém me atenda e resolva meu problema.
Além de enviarem as camisas amassadas, falamos mil veszes que não queremos receber aos sábados, e eles simplesmente deixam as roupas penduradas em nossa porta.
Já deixaram de buscar e devolver roupas pois alegam que ninguém atendeu, o que não foi verdade pois smepre tem alguém para atende-los.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o assinante: A Lavadeira faz um serviço decente, mas não tem ideia do que é fidelização. Sou assinante há mais de 2 anos, nunca atrasei uma conta até o mês de abril, quando não recebi o boleto pelo DDA e não percebi. Quando não vieram buscar a roupa, liguei para saber o que tinha acontecido, me falaram do boleto em aberto, paguei imediatamente o novo boleto que mandaram e enviei o comprovante. Mas enviaram um boleto com a data do dia 5/6 e não querem vir buscar minha roupa enquanto não compensar. Meu contrato é mensal, eu pago uma certa quantia mesmo que não atinja o valor máximo de quilos (o que geralmente acontece), e eles devem vir buscar minha roupa aos sábados e quartas. A Lavadeira não está cumprindo a parte dela. Não estão vindo mesmo tendo recebido o comprovante de agendamento. Como ficará o pagamento deste mês? Estou com a roupa acumulada, mesmo sendo freguesa há tempo. A falta de confiança e de respeito é decepcionante. Agora, por exemplo, pedi para falar com o gerente e disse que ligaria em 5 minutos para saber se ele havia sido contatado e ninguém mais responde o telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Lavandaria que alguma vez deixei as minhas roupas. São amadores, coloquei os meus ternos/palitó vieram dobrados como de camisetas se tratassem!!!!! Com isso estragaram as dobras, não engomaram, veio tudo amassado. Da primeira vez ligaram a pedir desculpa, que não era um procedimento da empresa. Aceitei e devolvi tudo. Hoje vieram entregar e veio tudo igual ou pior. Reenviei os cabides dos ternos e pedi para usarem os CABIDES, em vez disso, dobraram e colocaram num saco tipo saco do lixo só que branco! Tudo amassado, cobraram valores a mais... simplesmente muito mau! tentei ligar mandar mensagem nem um contato sem resposta!
Worst laundry I have ever left my clothes. They are amateurs, I put on my suits/toothpick they came folded as if they were t-shirts!!!!! With that they spoiled the folds, they didn't iron them, everything came out wrinkled. The first time they called to apologize, which was not a company procedure. I accepted and returned everything. Today they came to deliver and everything came the same or worse. I resent the suit hangers and asked them to use the hangers, they folded them and put them in a garbage bag type but white instead! Everything wrinkled, they charged too much... simply too bad! I tried to call send a message or a contact without reply!
