Primeiramente, foi graças aos comentários e avaliações do Google que eu adquiri confiança no serviço da Gráfica Fast Print.
Eu precisava imprimir dois livros muito antigos e que não se publicam mais. Trata- se de livros que estou querendo há anos e que são meu projeto de vida pessoal, ou seja, algo muito especial pra mim.
Sou péssima em computadores, e não entendo nada de gráfica.
Fui atendida pelo Sr. Pedro pelo Whats App. Eu queria uma capa personalizada ( mas como fazer? ) e ele me indicou um site que foi espetacular.
Ele me mandou vídeo e fotos de trabalhos que a Gráfica fez pra eu ver como poderia ficar o trabalho.
Como não entendo do assunto, fiz muuuuuitas perguntas e ele foi educado, paciente e atencioso.
Depois que me mandaram a Prova de Arte pra eu aprovar o trabalho, me dei conta que as letras dos índices que criei estavam pequenas. Então eu refiz.
Eu havia pedido algumas imagens e fiz alterações também. Houve erros que foram meus, porque me expliquei mal anteriormente.
Resumindo: fizeram outra Prova de Arte com muita paciência.
Aí fiquei em dúvida se imprimia em formato A4 ou A5 , e o Sr. Pedro me enviou algumas folhas nesses dois formatos pra eu imprimir em casa e ver qual seria melhor. Enfim. Eu dei muito trabalho!
Pedi por Sedex, o preço estava bom. Na segunda feira eu aprovei a Segunda Prova de Arte, na quarta feira colocaram nos Correios e hoje ( terça feira) chegou. Ou seja, muito rápido.
O trabalho está perfeito, melhor que muitos livros de livraria. As imagens estão muito lindas e a tinta e as folhas são de qualidade.
Veio muito bem embalado, sem riscos de estragar os livros.
Eu indico a todos essa gráfica, é um trabalho de primeiríssima qualidade.
Agradeço ao Sr. Pedro e a toda equipe pela paciência diante das minhas indecisões, chatices e dúvidas.
Deus abençoe ao sr. Pedro e a todos que trabalham na Gráfica, sem dúvidas, profissionais de verdade.
Não peguei o trabalho pessoalmente porque moro longe, em São Miguel Paulista. O prazo pro Sedex eram dez dias úteis, e foi menos de uma semana!
Pra quem tem pressa tem a opção Motoboy também.
Espero que isso ajude outras pessoas, podem confiar nessa gráfica porque o trabalho é de artista mesmo!
Estou muito feliz e satisfeita. Se no futuro eu precisar novamente desse tipo de serviço, não quero outra Gráfica.

Are you in doubt if this Graphic is good? Not sure how you want your job? Want top notch service? Then read this review!
Firstly, it was thanks to Google's comments and ratings that I gained confidence in the Gráfica Fast Print service.
I needed to print two very old books that are no longer published. These are books that I've been wanting for years and that are my personal life project, that is, something very special for me.
I'm terrible at computers, and I don't know anything about graphics.
I was served by Mr. Peter by Whats App. I wanted a custom cover (but how to do it?) and he referred me to a site that was spectacular.
He sent me video and photos of work that the Graphics did so I could see how the work could look.
As I don't understand the subject, I asked a lot of questions and he was polite, patient and attentive.
After I was sent the Proof of Art for me to approve the work, I realized that the letters of the indexes I created were small. So I redid.
I had requested some images and made changes as well. There were mistakes that were mine, because I explained myself badly before.
In short: they did another Art Proof with a lot of patience.
Then I was in doubt whether to print in A4 or A5 format, and Mr. Pedro sent me some sheets in these two formats for me to print at home and see which one would be better. Anyway. I did a lot of work!
I asked for Sedex, the price was good. On Monday I approved the Second Art Proof, on Wednesday they put it in the Post Office and today (Tuesday) it arrived. That is, very fast.
The work is perfect, better than many books in the bookstore. The images are very beautiful and the ink and sheets are of good quality.
Came very well packaged, no risk of spoiling the books.
I recommend this graphic to everyone, it is a work of the highest quality.
I thank Mr. Pedro and the entire team for their patience in the face of my indecisions, annoyances and doubts.
God bless mr. Pedro and everyone who works at the Graphics, without a doubt, real professionals.
I didn't take the job personally because I live far away, in São Miguel Paulista. The deadline for Sedex was ten working days, and it was less than a week!
For those in a hurry, there is also the Motoboy option.
I hope this helps other people, you can trust this graphic because the work is really an artist!
I am very happy and satisfied. If in the future I need this type of service again, I don't want another Graphic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST graphics place I've ever had anything printed at in 20 years. First, I sent a 5cm x 9cm card to be printed but instead they printed a card the size of a billboard. They claimed it was the archive although I sent a photoshop & pdf that I'd used w/ another printer with 0 problems. I went back and using the same archive they printed the correct size except with the new batch it had purple circular smudges on it as if they'd used recycled paper. They used the same excuse and said it was the archive although the first batch didn't have the smudges. I don't know what's going on with this graphic center but it was very unprofessional and I would not recommend it. Even in the first batch the cards were ALL DIFFERENT SIZES?! Just bagunca. It was a waste of over R$200 not including 3 roudtrips to try to get the job done right. For that price you'd think you get quality but no... there are less expensive places in SP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work for an American company, we organize events, and as Creative Manager I'm in charge of a magazine. This time our event was in Sao Paulo, we reached out to FastPrint without knowing their work, and we had the most professional service from them.
Thais, the sales agent, gave us very close attention, extraordinarily personalized, and sent us photos and videos of the proof print. We communicated via email and mainly WhatsApp. It was great quality communication despite the distance.
The service was excellent at all times, always seeking to meet our deadlines due to the date of our event. Actually, we sent them more material to print, as we were satisfied with the attention and trusted they would deliver what we needed.
