★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente comprou duas lâmpadas erradas, em vez de amarela, comprou Branca, disseram que é política da empresa não trocar. Entendo que não seja, e nem são obrigados , mas, em obra comete-se equívocos, acho que não custaria nada. Sem falar na forma arrogante que me informaram isso.
Customer bought two wrong bulbs instead of yellow, bought White, said it is company policy not to change. I understand that it is not, and neither are they obliged, but, in construction, mistakes are made, I think it would cost nothing. Not to mention the arrogant way they informed me of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tem certos comerciantes que não tem respeito pelo consumidor e ainda burla o Fisco. Esse lugar é assim. Acredito que 80 por cento de suas vendas são sonegadas, pois não emitem Cupom Fiscal e ainda por cima não fazem troca de mercadorias, sendo este um direito do consumidor. Horrível, corram desse lugar!!!
