Paguei o pacote mensal e simplesmente no segundo mês a proprietária dona Aline não pegou minha pet na terceira semana do pacote, fui perguntar para ela oq teria acontecido e ela simplesmente surtou falou que no dia seguinte iria mandar o motorista levar o dinheiro que o mesmo não foi feito e simplesmente ficou por isso mesmo.
Não indico e irei fazer uma reclamação no reclame aki e posteriormente pequenas causas...
Se vcs não querem dor de cabeça evitem esse local.

I paid the monthly package and just in the second month the owner, owner Aline did not take my pet in the third week of the package, I asked her what would have happened and she simply freaked out and said that the next day she would send the driver to take the money that he did not it was done and it just stayed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Deixei meu cachorrinho lá às 9:30 da manhã onde não deram nenhuma satisfação. Só consegui pegar ele as 18:20 da noite. Acreditem...o dia inteiro. A dona de lá a tal Aline, uma pessoa de extrema grosseria, mal educada, já havia tido uma má experiência com a mesma, mas acreditei que o tempo teria feito ela mudar, mas infelizmente só piorou. Uma comerciante onde trata as pessoas desta forma, não tem condições de cuidar de animais. O fato de reformar o estabelecimento não é o suficiente se falta o tato em tratar bem os seus clientes. Um animal de pequeno porte passar o dia inteiro para um banho e tosa, é inaceitável. Se não tem condições de receber o animal que seja sincera quem sabe assim consiga ao menos ter a empatia dos mesmos. Não é a pessoa mais indicada, por isso NÃO RECOMENDO. O que não desejo aos meus não desejo a ninguém..atendimento de péssima qualidade, ambiente inapropriado, como disse...se está reformando e não tem condições de receber então não receba. E se faz faça com amor aos bichinhos e aos seus donos o mínimo é ser tratado com educação e cordialidade .o que essa Aline desconhece. Antes de ser proprietária de algo é necessário ser gente e ser humano... Agora o cachorrinho volta, assustado, morrendo de sede e fome... Isso pq é um pet....por Deus....
Terrible. I left my puppy there at 9:30 am where they gave no satisfaction. I only got to catch him at 6:20 pm. Believe me ... all day. The owner of that Aline, a person of extreme rudeness, rude, had already had a bad experience with her, but I believed that the weather would have made her change, but unfortunately it only got worse. A small animal spending the whole day for a bath and grooming is unacceptable.
