★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja a algum tempo tento ligar para a assistência mas não atendem o telefone, descobri que so dao informações presenciais e na maioria das vezes as pessoas dao viagens perdidas pois quando irao la raramente atendem a linha de concerto.
I've been trying to call assistance for some time but they don't answer the phone, I found out that they only give face-to-face information and most of the time people give lost trips because when they go there they rarely answer the concert line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo. Te largam no balcao a toa, uma molesa pra anotar os dados e imprimir uma simples OS. Pra retirar o produto é outra novela. Nal acham nada no meio daquela bagunca. Espero nunca mais precisar ir la.
terrible. They leave you at the counter for nothing, a soft pad to write down the data and print a simple OS. To remove the product is another soap opera. Nal finds nothing in the middle of that mess. I hope I never need to go there again.
