★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei uma tv para consertar em agosto, após 35 dias a o aparelho foi entregue com o mesmo problema, ao retornar fomos destratados pela equipe de atendimento e a tv ainda continua no estabelecimento para reparo e todas as vezes que ligamos somos destratados pela atendente.
 I put a TV to repair in August, after 35 days the device was delivered with the same problem, when we returned we were dislodged by the service team and the TV is still in the establishment for repair and every time we call we are dislodged by the attendant.

Entrei em contato com a Tecnobel em 9 Ago 21 e para minha surpresa o som já estava pronto e que tinha sido uma cortesia o serviço. Parabéns pela honestidade da Tecnobel, e por isso estou elogiando a loja que demonstrou sinceridade e honestidade no serviço.
I took my Panasonic sound tower, on 2 Aug 21, which had suffered a fall and the digital panel's power button stopped working. I got in touch with Tecnobel on 9 Aug 21 and to my surprise the sound was already ready and the service had been a courtesy. Congratulations on Tecnobel's honesty, and that's why I'm praising the store that demonstrated its sincerity and honesty in its service.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com o trabalho da mesma sendo que meu som não estava com defeito e sim um fio que tinha soutado e foram muito sincero e não me cobraram até porque só era um fio souto super indico
I really liked it, I took my speaker, which took a tumble, I called an authorized Sony dealer who referred me to Tecnobel and took my speaker. I was very satisfied with the work of the same being that my sound wasn't defective, but a wire that had horned and they were very sincere and they didn't charge me even because it was only a nutty strand that was super indicated.
