★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara poucas vezes fui tão bem atendido quanto fui nessa loja. Fui atendido por um rapaz que trabalha nessa loja que me desculpe não recordar o nome porém foi um atendimento exemplar. Me explicou detalhes por detalhes me fez lembrar de dúvidas que eu nem lembrava de ter. Parabéns sertaneja por manter pessoas assim nessa loja .virei freguês
 Man few times I was as well attended as I was in this store. I was attended by a boy who works in this store who excuses me for not remembering the name but it was an exemplary service. He explained me details for details reminded me of doubts that I didn't even remember having. Congratulations sertaneja for keeping people like that in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de São Paulo e mudei pra sanca em razao da minha pós. Já passei poucas e boas no comércio de São Carlos, um tanto peculiar. Hoje no entanto me surpreendi! Uma loja com Boa variedade de produtos! Jamais imaginei encontrar tanta coisa em um só lugar. Soube através de amigos que eles trocam o encordoamento sem cobrar a mão de obra e engraçado como são as coisas, já tinha passado algumas vezes ali na frente e sempre me pareceu um lugar meio country, ao mesmo tempo decadente. Pura bobagem minha...Além de focar na música, eles têm de tudo um pouco...Moral, com 18 cruzeiros eles fizeram uma faxina meu violão, os trastes que estavam pretos, voltaram à reluzente cor de ouro, trocaram as cordas e afinaram. A senhora que me atendeu foi tão amável, que até parecia ser alguém da minha família. Parabéns pelo atendimento ! Logo voltarei para comprar aquele jogo de pôquer de 500 fichas. Guardem pra mim hein ? Rs !

I learned from friends that they change the strings without charging the manpower and how funny things are, I had already been there a few times in the front and it always seemed to me to be a bit country, at the same time decadent. Pure nonsense of mine ... In addition to focusing on music, they have a bit of everything ... Moral, with 18 cruzeiros they cleaned my guitar, the frets that were black, returned to the shiny gold color, changed the strings and tuned. The lady who attended me was so kind, it even seemed like someone from my family. Congratulations for the service! I'll be back soon to buy that 500-chip poker game. Keep it to me, huh? LOL !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota 10! Nunca mais procurarei outras lojas na cidade, os caras tem tudo e são muito atenciosos, em especial o vendedor Vitor, muito preparado, eficiente e atencioso ! Faltava 5 para as 18 quando cheguei, mesmo assim lá estava ele com sorriso no rosto, e pela primeira vez aqui em sanca me senti respeitado.... Quebrou um galhão soldando um cabo meu que tinha que usar agora a noite. As portas permaneceram todas abertas, as luzes todas acesas e ninguém com cara feia querendo fechar... Isso vale muito, foi beeeeem diferente do que passei outro dia no comércio. Meus sinceros parabéns a toda a equipe, continuem sempre assim !
Customer service note 10! I will never look for other stores in the city, the guys have everything and are very attentive, especially the seller Vitor, very prepared, efficient and attentive! It was 5 to 6 pm when I arrived, even so he was there with a smile on his face, and for the first time here in Sanca I felt respected .... He broke a lot by welding a cable of mine that I had to use at night. The doors were all open, the lights were all on and no one with an ugly face wanted to close ... This is worth a lot, it was sooo different from what I spent the other day at the store. My sincere congratulations to the whole team, always keep it that way!
