Fomos eu e minha família fazer a troca na data hoje 17/08/2019 e fomos informados que a política de trocas da loja e somente após as 14h00. Mesmo explicando de nossa dificuldade, pois trabalhamos os dois fora das 07h as 18h30, fomos humilhados no caixa, nos falando que a loja está fazendo uma cortesia em promover a troca. Está loja é um desserviço para cidade de São Carlos. Proprietários e gerentes logistas precisam entender sobre fidelização de cliente, pós vendas e princípios éticos, antes de abrir um comércio na cidade. Buscaremos nossos direitos!!!
Unfortunately I had the displeasure of getting a Father's Day gift from this lousy #Tunoda store. It was my family and I making the exchange on the date today 17/08/2019 and we were informed that the store exchange policy and only after 14h00. Even explaining our difficulty, because we worked both out of 7am to 6:30 pm, we were humiliated at the cashier, telling us that the store is doing a courtesy to promote the exchange. This shop is a disservice to São Carlos city. Owners and logistics managers need to understand customer loyalty, after sales and ethical principles before opening a trade in the city. We will seek our rights !!!
