★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Deixei meu carro pela manhã, umas 10h. Relatei o problema e eles me pediram pra aguardar q iriam entrar em contato. Eles suspeitaram que meu alternador estava ruim e que iria buscar o eletricista. Fui pra casa para aguardar uma resposta deles. Deu 14h da tarde e nada deles me ligarem. Daí peguei o telefone e liguei... Pasmem, eles ainda não tinha nem diagnosticado o problema. Questionei e eles me davam respostas vazias e me pediram pra ter um pouco de paciência. Disse pra ele q depois ligava novamente e finalizei a chamada. Quando deu 17h liguei novamente. Atenderam minha ligação? NÃOOOOO! Só consegui contato com eles no outro dia pela manhã. Me passou um valor absurdo de orçamento e eu decidir não fazer lá. Infelizmente tive que pagar 50 reais pra tirar o carro de lá, pq segundo ele tiveram trabalho pra tirar o alternador e diagnosticar o problema. Enfim, não recomendo o serviço dessa empresa. Ah, e só algo curioso: quando fui buscar meu carro peguei um Ubber e ao se aproximar do meu destino final (que era aí na A ServCar) o motorista do Ubber disse que esse lugar era péssimo... Que já tinha deixado o carro dele lá e que se arrependeu. Segundo ele, "o pessoal é Careiro e enrolão..." Nunca mais vou nesse lugar.
Lousy service! I left my car in the morning, about 10am. I reported the problem and they asked me to wait for them to get in touch. They suspected that my alternator was bad and that I was going to get the electrician. I went home to wait for their response. It was 2 pm and none of them called me. Then I picked up the phone and called ... Amazingly, they hadn't even diagnosed the problem yet. I asked and they gave me empty answers and asked me to have a little patience. I told him that I would call again and end the call. When 5 pm I called again. Did you take my call? NOOOOO! I only got in touch with them the other day in the morning. It gave me an absurd amount of budget and I decided not to do it there. Unfortunately I had to pay 50 reais to get the car out of there, because according to him they had work to remove the alternator and diagnose the problem. Anyway, I do not recommend the service of this company. Oh, and just something curious: when I went to get my car I took an Ubber and when approaching my final destination (which was there at A ServCar) the Ubber driver said that this place was terrible ... That he had already left the car of him there and that he regretted. According to him, "the people are Careiro and idiot ..." I will never go to that place again.
